I never really had any problems with lagging. I remember after Late Night came out, I had ~5GB of CC, not including store items, and I played Los Aniegos on highest settings. Now I don't have much build/buy CC (one windows set, one arches set and one stairs set), but I stop at nothing when it comes to CAS CC. I did plan to take it all out and put only the good stuff back, but then I got lazy.
It's the first one by Tifa on that page, and the eyeshadow is called 'Romance' (or 'Romantic'). I didn't know LadyFrontbum went down, the link leads straight to the eyeshadow.
Yeah, I just noticed that. Damn, I need to pay more attention to sims rumors and on-going wars. You don't need those eyebrows, the sim will show without those, brows will just be replaced with those you do have. I know not all of you have the same CC as me, but I create CC version so that I can spare some time for those who are not very interested in makeovers, and to show what they could look like. You don't need any CC to put the CC version in, and it'll still show. I'll keep an eye out for those eyebrows, and replace the link once I find them.

I think it's because you don't have the 1.26 patch or pets. I'm sorry it turned out that way, I had no idea pets would cause such a mess.
